First I just had occasional and sporadic encounters with Yoga while I was living in Austria and Mexico. But my first deep impact happened in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, being able to taste and savor its charm and magic by learning at first hand from my very first teacher and friend Laura.
Since then it hasn’t let me go again, embracing me sometimes tighter, sometimes a little less. All this has reached then its culmination in Pilar’s and Xavi’s TTC program, being that time of study a pearl, a precious jewel in my Yoga-pathway.
Yoga isn’t (just) a (physical) practice; it is rather a lifestyle that penetrates little by little your whole essence and every whatsoever (big or small) thing you do. Through Yoga we try to calm down the anxieties that are inside our head.
In my classes I try to connect my students to Yoga, hoping that this enables them to feel the deeper meaning of it, and to obtain a little more of health, well-being and peace of mind.
