Shadana: Morning practice with meditation, Kirtan (chanting) and self practice.
Pranayama and Meditation: Half-hour sessions with Pranayama and Meditation completing the last class.
Hatha level1: In these classes we create the basis of the practice. Very suitable for beginners, to learn the most important postures, the different types of breathing and the right mental attitude for the yoga practice. In level 1 you will gradually increase your strength, flexibility and concentration, so you will pass later to level 1-2.
Hatha level 1-2: These classes are more active and dynamic than Level 1. Suitable for beginners who already know the basic postures and for practitioners who have more flexibility, strength and body control. We incorporate in them the Vinyasa element (harmonic transition between asanas and better breathing coordination). The teacher will give variations of the postures, for those who have recently arrived to the level and for more advanced practiotioners.
Ashtanga: Guided classes (or Mysore) of the first serie. It is a dynamic and intense practice where breathing and movements flow smoothly.
